New war bonds available in Diia app
Two new issues of war bonds are now available in Ukraine’s Diia e-governance app, Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced on Oct. 23.
The bonds are named after two occupied cities in Donetsk Oblast — Avdiivka and Debaltseve.
“We have added bonds to the Diia app named after two temporarily occupied cities in Donetsk Oblast,” said Fedorov.
According to minister, the Debaltseve bond offers a 16.5% rate with a maturity date of May 12, 2027. The Avdiivka bond offers a 15.6% rate, maturing on May 20, 2026.
“No commissions or additional fees are charged when purchasing bonds in the app,” Fedorov added.
“It's a donation that will be paid back with additional profit.”
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.
For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
