Russian occupying forces launched Iranian-made Shahed suicide drones at businesses in Odesa Oblast on April 4 overnight, Serhiy Bratchuk, the regional administration spokesperson wrote on Telegram.
A fire broke out at a business due to the attack but was extinguished by morning, Bratchuk wrote.
There were no reported casualties from the night attack.
Southern Air Command’s air defense systems intercepted in total 14 of 17 Shahed drones.
Air defense shot down 13 drones over Odesa Oblast and one drone over Mykolaiv Oblast.
The missiles most likely were fired from the Sea of Azov’s eastern coast, the spokesperson reported.
