President's Office names four steps for partners to help Ukraine
Ukraine's partners need to take four steps to help Ukraine withstand Russia’s invasion of the country, Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the chief-of-staff of the Office of the President of Ukraine, wrote on Twitter on March 23.
"Dear partners! It takes four steps not to see our dead kids eyes, or not to smell burned Mariupol in your dreams," he tweeted.
Podolyak’s four steps concern the defense and economic sectors.
"1. Modern air defense, if you can't close the sky;
2. Cruise missiles or shells for heavy rockets;
3. A strict oil embargo;
4. Closed ports for Russian ships around the world."
The advisor made his plea on the eve of upcoming NATO, EU and G7 summits.
