Russian state regulator Roskomnadzor has blocked access to various websites of the media conglomerate Patriot, owned by Wagner’s Yevgeny Prigozhin, Russian media outlet Vazhnye Istorii reported via Telegram on June 30.

Roskomnadzor has updated the list of blocked websites with Prigozhin’s assets, including RIA FAN, Politika Segodnya, Ekonomika Segodnya, and Narodnye Novosti, all of which were part of the Patriot media conglomerate.

Russian Telegram channels report that Prigozhin has dissolved the conglomerate, including his infamous "troll farm," and has laid off its employees. According to Meduza, a former executive of Patriot claimed that the oligarch has decided to remove the conglomerate from “public life.”

Previously, reports indicated that the social network YaRus, linked to Prigozhin, would discontinue operations on June 30. According to The Bell, Yuri Kovalchuk, a close ally of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin who owns the National Media Group, or Victor Shkulev, owner of a network of local municipal websites, might purchase the network. However, Shkulev has since denied these claims.
