Russia hits Sumy Oblast infrastructure with missile strike
Russian troops launched a missile strike on critical infrastructure facilities in the Shostka district of Sumy Oblast on the morning of July 21, the regional military administration reported on Telegram.
Emergency services are working at the site, the regional
authorities said.
“The consequences of the enemy attack are being clarified,”
the statement reads.
Russia launched several groups of Shahed drones at Ukraine
overnight. Air raid alerts were declared in a number of regions. Air defense
was operating in Kyiv Oblast.
All the drones that Russia used to attack Kyiv were destroyed by air defense forces on the outskirts of the capital, said Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.
For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
