Russia attacks Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv Oblast with missiles

Mykoliav and Kirovohrad Oblast came under attack by Russian missiles in the early hours of July 19, local authorities have reported.

The blast wave damaged houses nearby and a car belonging to the local fire station, the Mykolaiv office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated on Facebook.

Central Kirovohrad Oblast also came under enemy fire last night. The strikes was aimed at the city Kropyvnytskyi, the governor Andriy Raikovych said on Telegram. No casualties or damage have been reported.

The overnight attack involved missiles of various types and Iranian-made suicide drones. OdesaOblast was its main targe where several apartment buildings were damaged. At least six residents, including a 9-year-old boy, sustained shrapnel injuries.

An infrastructure facility and houses were damaged by the Russian strike last night in Zhytomyr Oblast.

Ukrainian air defense units intercepted 13 Kalibr cruise missiles, a guided air missile Kh-59 and 23 Shahed drones. All were targeting crucial infrastructure and military objects.
