Russian troops launch missile strikes on Kryvyi Rih

The Russian military launched a missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih on Sept. 6, Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the local military administration, announced on Telegram.

"Missile strikes on Kryvyi Rih. Remain in shelters," he wrote.

An air alert was announced in the region when the explosions rang out.

The day before, Russian forces launched two missile strikes on the Kryvyi Rih district.

Governor Vilkul stated in his evening video address that the Russian army had attacked an oil depot with cruise missiles. He clarified that a large stock of fuel was destroyed, and firefighters were working at the location.
