Russian forces launched Shahed drones on Izmail, Odesa Oblast, civilian casualties reported, local administration wrote on April 29.

The attack damaged a regional hospital and other civilian facilities. Local authorities have not disclosed the number of people wounded in the attack.

Ukrainian air defense detected a group of UAVs flying towards Izmail. Monitoring channels reported dozens of Shahed drones attacking Odesa Oblast.
