Russia’s Internal Affairs Ministry has declared Ukrainian Intelligence Directorate (HUR) head, Kyrylo Budanov, wanted, Russian propaganda agency TASS declared.

This is allegedly under an article of the Russian Criminal Code, though the specific article was not identified.

The Investigative Committee filed charges in October against Budanov, Air Forces commander Mykola Oleshchuk, Naval Forces commander Oleksiy Neizhpapa, and 383rd Separate Regiment of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) commander Serhiy Burdenyuk for committing terrorist attacks on the territory of Russia.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.

Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.

For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
