Russian forces targeted Odesa with ballistic missiles on the evening of May 1, hitting Nova Poshta’s local sorting depot.

Nova Poshta is Ukraine’s largest privately owned mail and logistics company.

The company’s press service reported that there were no casualties or injuries among the staff.

Customers will receive full compensation for the estimated value of all parcels destroyed or damaged in the attack.

Parcels in transit at the time of the strike have been redirected to three other Nova Poshta locations in Odesa.

"Please take care and do not ignore any [air strike] warnings," the message added.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.

Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.

For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
