Russian forces launched a drone and missile attack on Kyiv Oblast overnight on Sept. 20, with damage recorded in three districts, according to regional governor Mykola Kalashnyk.

In Boryspil district, about 10 garage units were damaged in the strikes. In Obukhiv district, a private home caught fire, and State Emergency Service crews responded at the scene.

In Bucha district, falling debris from a downed target ignited five cars, the regional administration said.

The State Emergency Service later reported that in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, a suburb of Kyiv, firefighters extinguished a blaze that destroyed five cars parked next to an apartment building.

During the night, Russia carried out another large-scale combined assault on Ukraine. Explosions were reported in several regions as missiles also targeted western Ukraine.

In Dnipro, a Russian missile hit a residential high-rise. Initial reports said one person was killed and 13 injured. In Mykolaiv, ballistic missiles and drones struck industrial facilities, sparking fires.
