Russian drones attack Zhytomyr Oblast, infrastructure facility damaged, awaiting reports on casualties

During Russia's attack on Ukraine in the early hours of July 25, one of its kamikaze drones hit Zhytomyr Oblast, the press service of the regional military administration reported.

According to preliminary data, an infrastructure facility was damaged.

Emergency services arrived at the scene of the incident.

Information on possible victims and the extent of the damage is still being clarified.

In the early hours of July 25, the aggressor state launched a new attack with several waves of Shahed-type kamikaze drones. All enemy targets flying towards Kyiv were shot down.

There were also three hits in Cherkasy Oblast.

Shaheds were shot down over Poltava, Sumy, and Kyiv oblasts.
