Residential buildings damaged in overnight Russian drone barrage on Odesa

Russian forces launched a drone barrage on Odesa, wounding a 23-year-old man and causing widespread damage, regional governor Serhii Lysak reported on July 6.
The attack damaged five homes and a dormitory in Odesa’s Kyivskyi district. Rubble-clearing operations remain underway.
A fire broke out at a garage cooperative in the city’s Khadzhybeiskyi district following the strikes, which blew out the windows of nearby buildings.
Ukrainian Air Force warned of a group of UAVs flying toward Odesa overnight on July 6 as Russian forces launched a large-scale airstrike across Ukraine using drones, cruise missiles, and guided missiles.
Latest reports indicated the mass strike killed nine people and wounded 46 others in Kyiv.
