Russia is focusing its firepower at large food storage facilities in the town of Severodonetsk in Luhansk Oblast, Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai said via the Telegram instant messenger on March 22.

“In Severodonetsk, the Russian army continues to destroy food warehouses; their strikes are accurate, meaning they know exactly what they’re firing at,” Haidai said.

“They’ve managed to harm local businesses, but city residents will have access to food – we’ve arranged for proper resupplies.”
