Russian invaders attack Lysychansk oil refinery, Luhansk regional authorities report
The Russian military is shelling an oil refinery in the city of Lysychansk, Luhansk Oblast, the head of the Luhansk regional administration Serhiy Hayday said on May 24.

The Russian invasion forces are systematically shelling the facility, and a large plume of black smoke is visible at the scene, Hayday said.
“In Lysychansk, thick smoke was observed coming from the oil refinery located near the Lysychansk-Bakhmut highway, which is under fire,” He said. “There are systematic strikes at the oil refinery.”
Hayday also said that more than 10 residential buildings had been damaged by the latest bout of enemy shelling in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk.
