The Russian occupation administration has left Nova Kakhovka, a key river port city on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River next to the huge Kakhovka dam, and the second-largest city in Kherson Oblast, the Kremlin’s TASS agency reported on Telegram on Nov. 15.
"Due to constant Ukrainian shelling, the authorities have left the city for safer places in the oblast," the message reads.
The National Resistance Center earlier reported the evacuation of collaborators with their families from Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast.
