Explosions rattle Sumy: Russians strike civilian infrastructure
A series of explosions rocked Sumy during an air raid alert, local Telegram channels reported on March 26.
The Russians carried out an airstrike on the city's civilian infrastructure, Sumy Regional Military Administration said.
All necessary services are currently working at the scene. No casualties have been reported, preliminary information suggests.
An air raid alert sounded in both Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts.
The Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies of Sumy recommended on March 22 that secondary schools and kindergartens in the northeastern Ukrainian oblast switch to mixed online and offline instruction.
