Explosion hits Sumy during air raid alert; Russian army launches reported air missile strike
Currently, all necessary services are working on the spot, and the consequences of the Russian attack are being clarified, civilian infrastructure suffered some damage after the explosion, a number of monitoring Telegram channels and Sumy Oblast Military Administration reported on March 7.
Earlier, the Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic missile attacks from the north.
In addition to Sumy Oblast, an air raid alert has been declared in some regions of eastern, northern and central Ukraine.
On March 6, Russians also striked Sumy. Five people were injured in the attack, including one child.
