A strong explosion was heard in the center of Donetsk on Feb. 19, with Russian sources soon reporting an explosion and fire at the Russian-occupied Ukrainian city's prosecutor's office.

Russian pro-Kremlin channels published a video showing the roof of the Donetsk's prosecutor's office on fire.

Firemen are also seen attempting to extinguish the fire on video.

Russian sources talked of "a direct hit.” They accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of shelling the Russian-held Ukrainian city.
