A drone-like object landed on a high-rise building in downtown Chisinau in Moldova, the Moldovan police reported on April 28.

The building was cordoned off before bomb disposal teams arrived on the scene.

"Preliminary reports indicated that the object was damaged after hitting the building’s roof,” police said in the statement.

On April 7, Ukrainian Air Force Head of Communications, Yurii Ihnat, said that Russia is using the territory of Moldova, unrecognized Transnistria, Romania, and Belarus, for its drone flight paths to attack Ukraine.
