Three killed, four injured in Russian air raid on southern oblasts

Three people were killed and four injured in a Russian air raid overnight on Oct. 18–19, the Ukrainian Air Force reported on Telegram this morning.
A 31-year-old woman was killed and four other civilians were injured in a Russian missile strike on Obukhivka village, near the Oblast’s capital Dnipro, on Oct. 18.
Two people were killed in a Russian attack on Mykolaiv Oblast late on Oct. 18, which destroyed a local café.
Mykolaiv’s regional governor, Vitaliy Kim, reported another missile strike on the administrative center at about 1 a.m. on Oct. 19, setting fire to a warehouse building at an industrial site. Multiple residential buildings were damaged by the shockwave.
A Russian missile strike on Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, caused extensive damage to an infrastructure facility.
Seventeen enemy airstrikes were carried out between 20:00 on October 18 and 05:00 on October 19, targeting industrial, infrastructural, civilian, and military facilities with missiles and drones.
One Kh-59 cruise missile, and three Shahed drones were destroyed by the Air Force and other air defense components of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
