Russians shell Kostyantynivka, killing three civilians

Russian invading forces shelled Kostyantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, killing three and injuring at least another two, regional governor Pablo Kyrylenko reported on Telegram on Jan. 28.
According to him, the enemy struck a residential neighborhood, damaging four residential buildings, a hotel, garages, and cars.
Emergency workers are on site, he stated.
Another four civilians were killed in Donetsk Oblast on Jan. 27 as a result of Russian attacks. Another seven were injured.
