Russia has released 19 Ukrainian prisoners from captivity, some of whom were wounded, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said on April 21.

According to her, ten soldiers, including two officers, and nine civilians are returning home.

“This time there are wounded people among those released, and this is very important,” Vereshchuk said. “After all, now they will be able to receive full treatment and undergo rehabilitation.”
