Neptunes are now targeting Russian positions with success — Volodymyr Zelenskyy
In 2025, Ukraine plans to boost its defense production, including 3,000 cruise missiles, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his address in the Verkhovna Rada on Nov. 19.
"Many, especially Russians, remember our Ukrainian Neptunes," President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. "But we've made longer Neptunes, and the name itself indicates the task," he added, noting that "the first hits have already been achieved."
Regular meetings to ensure the smooth operation of Ukraine’s defense and industrial complex will begin in December.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
