Russia loses nearly 1,000 soldiers in Ukraine’s meat grinder in one day

About 980 Russian soldiers were killed or wounded on the frontlines in Ukraine over the past 24 hours, bringing the total enemy combat losses since the start of the full-scale invasion to approximately 1,047,250, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on Telegram on July 25.

Thirty-one artillery systems were destroyed, along with:  

  • Tanks: 11,049 (+3) units
  • Armored combat vehicles: 23,052 (+5) units
  • Multiple launch rocket systems: 1,446 (+0) units
  • Air defense systems: 1,201 (+2) units
  • Warplanes: 421 (+0) units
  • Helicopters: 340 (+0) units
  • Operational-tactical drones: 47,834 (+196) units
  • Cruise missiles: 3,535 (+2) units
  • Warships/military boats: 28 (+0) units
  • Submarines: 1 (+0) unit
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks: 56,213 (+76) units
  • Special equipment: 3,935 (+0) units.
