Zelenskyy to unveil Ukraine's Victory Plan to citizens in days ahead
In the coming days, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will unveil the Victory Plan for Ukraine, according to Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the President's Office, during the United News telethon on Oct. 13.
Podolyak noted that "the main directions have already been presented, although perhaps not with specific numbers, covering everything related to political coercion, as well as diplomatic, economic, and military efforts."
He added that detailed calculations will be shared with partners who "make direct decisions regarding the provision of weapons or specific legal permits."
Regarding a broader presentation for Ukraine, Podolyak indicated that it is a matter of days. "It is important to understand what we are doing at this stage of the war. The president will present this effectively. The main points are already clear, but he will add details that will clarify the coercion program's significance and its relation to the Peace Formula. I believe the president will deliver this presentation in the coming days," the adviser said.
On Oct. 7, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's Victory Plan would be made public after it is presented to all partners.
