Ukraine is preparing to convene a second Global Peace Summit this November, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Oct. 10, without specifying any exact dates for the event.

He made the announcement following a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris.

Zelenskyy assured that by early November, a comprehensive peace plan would be ready, detailing Kyiv’s proposal to end the Russo-Ukrainian war.

“The plan for Ukraine's victory will be on the table at the peace summit,” the Ukrainian president said.

“I don’t know the date; I think nobody knows today. But we will prepare everything to be ready by early November. The plan will have all the details.”

On Sept. 11, Zelenskyy stated that at the second peace summit, Ukraine aims to present a victory plan to compel Russia to conclude the war diplomatically.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
