Putin to meet Witkoff in Moscow early next week, Kremlin says

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin plans to meet with U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff in Moscow early next week, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Nov. 28.
“Putin will receive Witkoff in the first half of next week; we will announce the date in due course,” Peskov said, as reported by Russian state propaganda.
Earlier, Puin’s aide Yury Ushakov told reporters that arrangements have been made for Witkoff’s visit to Moscow. He said that, in addition to the envoy, other U.S. officials will also travel to Russia.
Bloomberg published two transcripts of Russian officials' conversations on Nov. 25. The first detailed Witkoff's exchange with Ushakov on Oct. 14. The second captured a discussion between Ushakov and Kirill Dmitriev, Russia's Direct Investment Fund CEO, on passing a Russian draft agreement to Trump's team as a U.S. initiative.
