Russian FPV drone strikes on ambulances and an apartment building in Kramatorsk killed one person and injured four others, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office said on Oct. 5.

According to the statement, Russian forces deliberately targeted ambulances parked on a street in Kramatorsk with two FPV drones between 10 p.m. and 10:25 p.m. on Oct. 5.

Three emergency workers were injured as they tried to save the vehicles after the first strike.

The men suffered blast injuries, shrapnel wounds to their torsos and limbs, burns and concussions. They received medical treatment.

Three ambulances were also damaged.

On the morning of Sept. 30, Russian forces carried out several airstrikes on Kramatorsk. The attack destroyed the city’s Labor and Social Protection Department building and injured three civilians.

On Sept. 20, Russia carried out an airstrike on Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast, sparking a 4,800-square-meter (51,700-square-foot) fire at a two-story educational facility and injuring two people.

Earlier, Russian forces attacked Kramatorsk with guided aerial bombs, killing a woman and injuring a man.
