Umerov, Yermak meet with Kellogg in Paris

U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, met in Paris with the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

The meeting took place at the Elysee Palace, according to a Twitter post by Kellogg on April 17.

“Good to be with Ukrainian Head of Presidential Office Andriy Yermak and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov in Paris,” the U.S. official wrote.

“Very productive meetings at Elysee Palace on efforts to end the Ukraine-Russia war.”

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff also traveled to Paris for a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.

On April 14, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said several meetings would be held this week regarding the deployment of a foreign contingent in the country.
