Skelya Regiment dismisses connection to case against ex-155th Brigade commander Luchanov
The 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelya" is "in no way connected" to the case against Stanislav Luchanov, the former commander of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade who is wanted on charges of kidnapping and premeditated murder of two civilians, according to the unit’s official statement on July 12.
