Ukraine’s SBU Security Service reported the detention of an FSB agent who was adjusting missile strikes on positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and committing arson attacks on important sections of the railway, the SBU press service reported on July 23.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has detained a Kyiv resident suspected of acting as a saboteur for Russian special services. The suspect allegedly sought quick money through Telegram channels and, on orders from Russia, set fire to a relay cabinet belonging to Ukrzaliznytsia in Kyiv, the SBU reported on its Telegram channel on July 22.
