Ukraine appeals $22 million claim against Russia for bank losses
The Northern Commercial Court of Appeal is reviewing an appeal by Ukraine's Deposit Guarantee Fund against a Kyiv Commercial Court ruling that dismissed a claim seeking more than 920 million hryvnias ($21 million) in damages from Russia for losses suffered by four banks since 2014, the Deposit Guarantee Fund reported on Feb. 25.
