Shefir and Mindich discussed bail for ex–deputy PM Chernyshov, prosecutor says

Zelenskyy calls for justice and energy ministers to resign, announces sanctions in Energoatom corruption case

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Nov. 12 that he will sign a decree imposing sanctions on two individuals implicated in a NABU investigation into corruption at state nuclear operator Energoatom. He also called for the resignations of Justice Minister Herman Halushchenko and Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk.

Midas case: Anti-corruption agency launches internal review over leaked NABU tapes

Ukraine’s National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) launched an internal review on Nov. 10 and sent an official request to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) for details regarding newly released materials in which the agency is mentioned. NACP’s press service reported the development on Nov. 12.
