Sham elections cement Putin’s usurpation of power in Russia — opinion
If the Russian troops are ousted from the Ukrainian
land, the Kremlin regime will change
overnight. And then the “boyars” [Russian nobles] around the “tsar” decide whom
to appoint as the new “tsar.” Their degree
of control over him is another question. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
The current Russian tsar has
usurped power completely and irrevocably.
