Russian Central Bank addresses ruble collapse, blames sanctions on Gazprombank
The Central Bank of Russia has attributed the recent collapse of the Russian ruble to nearly 110 rubles per dollar, and even more in market terms to sanctions imposed on Gazprombank and 50 other banks, according to a statement released on Nov. 29.
