Moscow insists NATO must withdraw 2008 Bucharest commitment to Ukraine
Russia is pushing for NATO to officially cancel its 2008 Bucharest Summit declaration, which promised that Ukraine would one day join the alliance, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Feb. 18, according to Reuters.
