Resource deal with US far from finalized, Ukrainian negotiator says

The European Parliament on April 3 voted to recognize the equivalence of Ukraine’s certification system and seed production for oilseed and beet crops, paving the way for Ukrainian seeds to access EU markets, Ukraine’s Seed Association reported.
