Ukraine appeals to IOC on use of ‘helmet of memory’ at Games
The National Olympic Committee of Ukraine has appealed to the International Olympic Committee for permission for Ukrainian athlete Vladyslav Heraskevych to use a so-called “helmet of memory,” the committee said on Feb. 10.
