Two of the victims were treated at the scene of the attack, and five others were hospitalized.
"One of them is in a serious condition in intensive care," Kiper said.
"His condition has been stabilized. Doctors are preparing to transfer him to a highly specialized medical facility. Another victim is in a moderate condition."
The three others have light shrapnel wounds and contusions. They did not require hospitalization and will be treated as outpatients.
In the early hours of July 24, the Russians attacked the port infrastructure of the Danube River in Odesa Oblast with kamikaze drones. Air defense forces shot down three drones.

Russia's attacks on southern Ukraine
Over the past week, Russians have regularly attacked southern Ukraine with missiles and drones, targeting Odesa and Mykolaiv, focusing on port infrastructure and grain terminals.
During the night of July 23, the Russian occupation forces bombarded the city of Odesa with 19 cruise and ballistic missiles, including Oniks, Kalibr, Kh-22, Iskander-M, and Iskander-K. Nine out of the 19 aerial targets were successfully neutralized by air defense forces.
Tragically, the missile strikes resulted in one fatality and 21 injured individuals, including children. Odesa suffered significant damage, with 25 historically significant sites bearing the brunt of the destruction, including the destruction of the historic Transfiguration Cathedral.
