Belarus may have played a role in developing Russia's Kedr missile system, used in the Nov. 21 attack on Dnipro, Belaruski Hajun reports on Nov. 22.
Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate reported that several Russian companies, including Volgograd's Titan-Barricades, were involved in developing the Kedr missile system, used in the Nov. 21 attack on Dnipro.
Belarus’ Minsk Wheeled Tractor Plant supplied key components, including chassis, to Russian defense enterprises, with 36 wagons sent to Titan-Barricades, according to monitoring group Belaruski Hajun.
Hajun suggests that these Belarusian chassis were likely used in the Kedr missile system’s development.
