Ukrainian Constitution Day represents independence and self-determination

June 28th is Ukraine's Constitution Day. The Ukrainian Constitution was adopted in 1996 and guarantees the responsibilities of the Ukrainian government and the rights of the people. More than just a document, it represents Ukrainian independence and sovereignty.
