“Right now, Cyber Atesh is striking Russia’s electronic draft notice system,” the partisans said.
They reported that one of the system’s key components — the website реестрповесток.рф — has been completely disabled.
Russia uses this resource to deliver electronic draft notices to citizens subject to military registration. The platform is also used to send draft notices in temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine.
“In particular, the invaders actively use it in temporarily seized Ukrainian territories to force Ukrainians, under threat of repression, to join their army. We will strike Putin’s system again and again until it collapses,” the statement said.
On Nov. 6, the Institute for the Study of War reported that the Kremlin continues preparing conditions to deploy reservists to the front in Ukraine.
On Nov. 16, Luhansk Regional Military Administration head Oleksii Kharchenko said a new wave of covert mobilization had begun in the part of Luhansk Oblast temporarily occupied by Russia.
