Russian troops seized
the Ukrainian village of Dalne on the southern outskirts of Kurakhove in Donetsk
Oblast, the DeepState monitoring group reported on Telegram early on Nov. 22.
According to the updated map of the frontline, the enemy has also advanced in Toretsk and Kurakhove, as well as near the settlements of Zolota Nyva, Pustynky, Selydove, Trudove, and Antonivka.

On Nov. 21, Ukrainian military said that the Kurakhove sector of the front accounts for almost 80-85% of daily Russian casualties in Ukraine.
On Nov. 19, President Joe Biden authorized the provision of anti-personnel mines to Kyiv. The Pentagon sees this as the most effective way to help slow down the Russian troops advance in eastern Ukraine which has intensified in recent weeks.
