The missile strike killed seven people — six men and one woman.
Sixteen injured residents remain hospitalized, including seven in serious condition, the regional military administration said.
On June 29, Russia struck a private enterprise in Dnipro with a missile. Authorities initially reported five deaths before revising the toll to six later that evening.
A company representative, identified only as Yurii, said the office building sustained the heaviest damage, with most employees injured by flying debris. He said he suffered a cut to his arm. One of the production workshops was also damaged.
“This is a civilian enterprise. We produce nothing of strategic value here. But they strike where it hurts the most. There was barely a minute between the air raid alert and the explosion — no one had time to reach shelter,” Yurii said.
