A 58-year-old man was killed after Russian forces struck an enterprise in the Koriukivka district of Ukraine’s Chernihiv Oblast with a drone overnight into May 31, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported.
The agency said the strike caused a fire in a parking area, where seven trucks were destroyed.

Rescuers found the man’s body while dealing with the aftermath of the attack.
Earlier this week, overnight into May 27, Russia launched a mass drone attack on Chernihiv, with about 15 explosions heard in the city. Damage was recorded at several locations, including five summer houses and various types of businesses.
The Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration said some of the overnight explosions were caused by air defense activity, but it also confirmed drone hits at multiple sites.
