Russian drones aimed at Poland, not jammed by Ukraine – General Staff

Enemy drones, such as Shaheds or Gerberas, have specific technical features in their operation.

"In this case, we saw these UAVs moving straight," the source added.

“There were two groups: the first moved from east to west — straight, without maneuvering, and the second moved through Belarus in the same direction. So I believe the Shaheds were definitely aimed to reach Poland.”

Overnight into Sept. 10, during a massive attack on Ukraine, Russian drones unprecedentedly breached Polish airspace, prompting closures of airports in Warsaw, Rzeszow and Lublin. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said the military downed part of the UAVs.

According to Ukraine's Air Force, at least eight Russian drones entered Poland. One crashed into a residential building in Wyryki, Lublin Voivodeship, damaging the structure but causing no injuries.
