Occupied Crimea plunged into darkness amid overnight drone attack – video

A loud explosion was heard in Greater Yalta at approximately 4:00 a.m., leaving the southern coast of Crimea without power.

A fire also broke out at the largest wholesale distribution center of the Russian grocery chain Produkty u Doma in the village of Chistenkoye, Simferopol district. Crimean Wind, however, noted this information has not been confirmed yet.

The Produkty u Doma retail chain, operating since 2015 within seized stores formerly belonging to the Ukrainian ATB chain, encompasses over 170 locations across 56 towns on the peninsula and one outlet in Russia's Krasnodar Krai, specializing in both food and non-food goods.

The Unmanned Systems Forces struck seven Russian vessels in the Black and Azov seas overnight on July 20, alongside seven power plants and substations in temporarily occupied Crimea.
