Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure in Ukraine’s southern Odesa Oblast overnight, sparking a fire and causing partial power outages in several communities, regional Governor Oleh Kipper reported on Telegram on Feb. 10.
The attack damaged an energy facility and a nearby administrative building in the southern part of the oblast.
Several settlements across three communities lost electricity. Critical infrastructure facilities have switched to backup generators while repair crews work to restore power and address the aftermath of the attack.
There have been no reported casualties.
The same night, Russian drone attack injured four, including a toddler, in Zaporizhzhya Oblast.
