Drones struck the Klintsy district of Russia’s Bryansk Oblast for a second consecutive day, regional governor Alexander Bogomaz reported on Telegram on Jan. 20.
He said that there were no casualties or damages resulting from the strike and blamed Ukraine for the attack.
The Ukrainian military’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) carried out drone attacks on the oil depot in Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast, and the Tambov Powder Plant, a source in the special services told NV on Jan. 19.
The Russian Defense Ministry also claimed the “downing” of a drone on the same day.
